Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) - Woman of the Year

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) is an amazing organization dedicated to find lifesaving cures for blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and Hodgkin’s disease that strikes not only adults, but also our children. Casey Tippens Delaney has been nominated to campaign for LLS’ Woman of the Year. She is truly inspirational, motivating, and a phenomenal woman. Her own personal story and connection with leukemia through her cousin is very touching.

Please help support Casey by donating to LLS in honor of her cousin and to award Casey as Woman of the Year. Whether it is $5 or $500, a gift of any amount makes a huge difference! Click on the link below and give for all who have and continue to fight blood cancers.

Thank you for supporting this important campaign and organization.

Autism Piecewalk

Hello Members!

Autism awareness and the Autism Piecewalk is something very near and dear to our own Kerry Blackburn. Her 8 year old son, JJ, has high functioning autism and sensory processing disorder. JJ's team name is Captain JJ and the Autism Avengers. JJ loves superheros!

This year’s walk/run is on May 6th and it will be JJ's third year to run/walk for autism awareness.

Please consider donating to JJ's team and supporting a good cause.

COALA Spring Seminar

We had a fantastic turnout at COALA's Spring Seminar last Friday despite all the rain. Thanks so much to our speakers, Emilie Wedman, Chris Batson Deason and Travis Pickens, who gave us a better understanding of employment visas, transgender custody litigation and how to manage stress and maintain a work/life balance. — at Crowe & Dunlevy.
